Apartment Belfast Positive: Apartment was clean . very close to everything. Negative: only thing was we stayed at the top floor. Room 8 .lift was not working . Anyone with mobility would of definitely found this difficult

Terrible customer service and no lift Positive: Nice apartment Negative: The staff were totally unhelpful and we were not warned about the excessive noise there would be from overnight road resurfacing work. On 4th floor and lift has clearly not been working for many years

We'd definitely stay here again Positive: Excellent location. Near to all the attractions. Negative: Nothing not to like.

Poor experience. Positive: Location ok for Cathedral quarter but on the door step of a soup kitchen with multiple drug addicts in attendance. Negative: The apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift had been out of order for 12 months. My wife had to stay in the room for lengthy periods as she could not manage steep stairs. There is no intention to reinstate the list. Also, the staircase was full of litter and had not been swept for weeks. There was also bad damp in the main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom had no window. Very claustrophobic.
