The Spire Apartment, Belfast's Cathedral Quarter

Loved Belfast Positive: Good location to the city. Negative: The lift wasn’t working which was not great having to walk up a lot of stairs,and we were put on the top floor also in the wrong apartment according to the booking details. The apartment was very noisy at night.

Nice apartment, shame about the communal facilities. Positive: Apartment was roomy and bright and a great location. Negative: Communal areas were dirty. Lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor with one of our group on crutches.

Great location and good value for money! Positive: Location was fantastic- right in the heart of Belfast cathedral quarter. Apartment was bright and clean with huge open plan living space. Beds were comfortable, plenty of fresh towels and linen provided and bedrooms located towards back of apartment which were very quiet considering we were in middle of a busy nightlife area. Kitchen well equipped, spotlessly clean and modern. Negative: Property was on top floor (apartment 8) with several flights of steep stairs and elevator wasn't working. Was difficult to manage so many stairs with heavy luggage and two young children in tow and we were not informed in advance that lift was out of order. Apartment next to ours (apartment 7) had lots of clutter (old chest of drawers, bags, shoes etc) scattered outside front door and we had to step over dirt and mess to access our apartment. Master bedroom had bad damp around window and in need of repair and tidy up.

Positive: L'emplacement Negative: Ascenseur en panne, difficile pour une personne à mobilité réduite.

Positive: Apartment was spacious and a rooms were a really good size. Negative: It was on the top floor and the lifts didnt work so it was a struggle up the stairs every time we got back.
